Return & Refund Policy
At Sargoldana, we take pride in offering high-quality dry fruits and related products. Since our items fall under food & consumable categories, returns are limited and accepted only under specific circumstances as described below.
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product you received is damaged or tampered
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or spoiled on arrival (rare)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or dislike of taste
- Opened, used, or partially consumed packs
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
- Products purchased during discounts or special promotions
All products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a replacement.
Refunds are issued only when:
- The replacement product is unavailable
- A wrong or damaged item cannot be exchanged
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns or refunds are not eligible if the delivery fails due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Customer not available to receive the package
- Packages returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If approved, cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

- Clear photos/videos of the product issue
